10 remote control tips for Live TV, films and series

Zap faster, find your favorites in one press and control films and series without leaving your sofa.

Ibo Gold Player is built for the TV remote first. These shortcuts make every day use quicker.

Live TV

  1. Up and Down change to the previous or next item.
  2. OK opens the list on the left; Left also opens it.
  3. With the picture full screen and menus closed, press OK twice quickly to add the current item to your favorites, or remove it.
  4. Hold OK on an item in the list to add or remove it from your favorites.
  5. Type a number on the remote to jump straight to that item.
  6. Right opens the menu: audio, subtitles, picture size and more.

Films and series

  1. OK pauses and plays.
  2. Left and Right jump 10 seconds back or forward.
  3. Up and Down reach the buttons: audio, subtitles and next episode.
  4. Back closes the player and saves where you stopped, so Continue watching starts there next time.

Tip · If an item does not play, the app shows Try again and Back: move between them with Left and Right and press OK.
